Copper pot stills have been used in Ireland for more than 250 years to develop flavour and produce a purer spirit. Because we’re true to our roots, it made sense to follow in our forefathers’ footsteps and create our quality gin in the same time-honoured fashion.  Combining authentic intuition and modern inginuity, we carefully craft our gin using 14 of the finest botanicals.
